Our Garden

Chris and I decided to buy a garden spot in the Community Garden this summer. So far it has been a lot of work. Our plot was full of weeds and rocks, but once we cleared that it has been fun a lot of work planting. We haven’t planted all of it but we should have a pretty full garden. We wll just have to wait and see if anything grows.

Quick Trip to Oklahoma

My Sister is having a baby (she is not finding out if it's going to be a boy or a girl) She was having her baby shower last weekend and I decided to fly home a surprise her! It was fun to go home and see the Family! Her shower was BEAUTIFUL. Her 2 best friends from high school and our sis in law put it on.

CFI

HE DID IT!! I am so Proud of him. HE has worked very very hard and long for this rating!!! HE is finally a Certified Flight Instructor!! SO for a quick celebration we had Aaron and Shaunie and cute Ava over for some rice krispies. Chris has to go to Utah to take his test so we spent 3 nights apart. We were able to talk to each other on Skype. YEAH!!

Jazz Game

When Chris and I bought our car we were given an Entertainment package and in it was a pair of Jazz tickets. It was a fun night but that morning we had to do out last long run, so we ran 10 miles and the whole game we were debating who had to go down the steps to get us food. We were both really sore!! Birthday

Well it has been a birthday week for Chris and Aaron. Chris's was on the 2nd and Aarons was on the 4th, So Shaunie and I decided to throw them a birthday party on the 3rd. Then the next day we went to the Titanic Exhibit at the Museum and then out to dinner at Garcia’s where they got free fried ice cream. Then on Monday we had to take them to Red Robin for them to get there free hamburgers and more ice cream. SO I think that it is safe to say that they both enjoyed their birthdays and Shaunie and I expect the same treatment
